Answer: Using an aerobic tank as an example, if there is biological
sludge, the amount of MBBR biological filler is 30%. If there is no
biological sludge and the nitrification reaction is performed with
pure MBBR material, the added amount can reach 70% or even 80%. Of
course, sufficient aeration and agitation are required.
